At the start of the process, we carry out a thorough survey to assess your needs and goals regarding your trade fair experience to ensure that the booth layout and functionality support your company image and help you to achieve your goals. Our designers create a solution that highlights your message effectively and takes into account your product and AV displays, food and drink service, and easy navigation around the booth. Alternatively, we can also execute the project based on your own ready-made plans.

In addition to the booth preparation, our service includes communication with the fair organiser, acquisition of the permits required and technical acquisitions.

We provide image, audio and lighting technology solutions for events, trade fairs and business premises. Our products include a LED wall consisting of 50 x 50 cm screens that can be combined to create larger screens of different shapes and sizes.

Our AV technicians ensure that the lighting and presentation technology creates a functional solution that livens up your space. We can provide you with a solution package that covers everything from design to execution or offer you separate services, including lighting, sound reproduction or AV solutions.

International trade fair booths are our strength. We have produced trade fair booths for Finnish export companies around the world, including in China and the United States. Over the years, we have become familiar with nearly all of the trade fair centres in Europe.

Thanks to our expertise and extensive experience, you can participate in international trade fairs without a worry. We take care of any permits with international fair organisers and authorities and handle all technical acquisitions for you.

In Europe, we use our own logistics equipment or a logistics service specialised in trade fairs. If necessary, we can also transport your products and our personnel would be happy to assist you at the fair site.
